Health Reimbursement Arrangement

Only those eligible for the Group Health Plan, but not enrolled, may participate in the HRA Plan.

 

Qualified Benefits:

  • Deductible - Medical
  • Co-Insurance - Medical
  • Copayment - Medical
  • Copayment - Prescription

 

Reimbursement Schedule

  • The HRA will pay 100% up to $2,150 of qualifying expenses up to a max benefit limit of $2,150.
  • Unused benefits at the end of the coverage period shall be carried forward to the next coverage period with a maximum account balance being $4,250.
