Early Childhood and Preschool for All

The Early Childhood Education program offered by Morton CUSD 709 serves students identified as having a disability. Students typically enter the program via Early Intervention Transition or Developmental Screening, which identifies students who need further assessment.

Housed at Grundy Elementary School, our program welcomes students who may be considered at risk for a variety of reasons, including those who may have an IEP. Having an IEP is NOT a requirement for this program. Risk factors can look different for each child, and we take each situation into consideration when determining enrollment in the preschool program.
